Job Description

As the Lead Technical Sales, you’ll be the face of Xnode for our prospective clients. You’ll not only present our revolutionary platform to them but also provide technical insights, ensuring that our solutions align with their business objectives. Your deep understanding of our platform, combined with your ability to forge strong client relationships, will be critical to our growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored demonstrations of the Xnode platform.
  • Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap and articulating the value proposition of our platform.
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, answering product questions and addressing client concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in the tech landscape.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in a SaaS-based environment.
  • Solid technical background with an ability to understand and articulate complex product details.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
