Tasks & Responsibilities
Drive the technical vision and architecture for Xnode, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation.
Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of engineers in a remote work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-launch optimization.
Foster best practices in software development, code quality, testing, and maintenance.
Engage with clients, when necessary, to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and craft bespoke solutions.
Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated leadership experience in software engineering roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Proficient understanding of modern software architectures, cloud services, and development tools.
Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, remote work environment and lead distributed teams.
Web Technologies: Proficient understanding of the latest web technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Databases: Adept at both relational and document databases, with a keen understanding of their architectures, use-cases, and best practices.
Data Analytic Platforms: Experience with leading data analytics platforms and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Workflow Integrations & API Infrastructure: Demonstrable expertise in building scalable workflow integrations and managing API infrastructure, preferably in cloud environments or SaaS platforms.
Cloud Environments: Proficient in deploying and managing applications on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Large Language Models: Familiarity or a deep understanding of large language models, their applications, and potential in business use-cases. Experience in fine-tuning these models would be a significant advantage.
